Tiivistelmä:The research examined the relationship between organizational development /OD/ consultants' personalities and their effectiveness. The sample consisted of 105 OD consultants in the U.S. Navy. Multivariate analyses showed significant relationship between consultant effectiveness and the characteristics assigned to the three categories derived for testing.
