| Tiivistelmä: | The new dynamics of business, characterised by ever shorter product life-cycles, the pace of technological progress and a constantly changing communications environment, together with the internationalisation of markets, a phenomenon often referred to as "Europe 92", raise doubts as to whether corporate structures will be capable of meeting the challenge raised by their new environments. The authors describe the measures implemented in the PWA Group and the problems which still remain to be resolved, the historical development, the organisational structure and the management of the group. They close with some considerations on the relationship between organisation and strategy in the PWA Group. |
