The planning, the steering, and the testing aspects of quality control are examined. The process of strategic management is described. The main types of strategic decisions are discussed and their relationships to the quality control are shown. The ways of integrating quality control into the system of strategic management are determined. The process and content of the most important quality control decision making are investigated. A portfolio analysis of product/market relationships and the analysis of company strengths and weaknesses as information sources for quality control decisions are characterized. |
