| Tiivistelmä: | The strategic demands of multinational activity are analyzed. The analysis is based on a research project that involved extensive discussions with more than 250 managers in nine of the world's largest multinational companies. The analyses suggests that, for most managers limited organizational capability /rather than lack of analysis or insight/ represents the most critical constraint in responding to new strategic demands. To become transnational each company most build a multidimensional organization. |
