| Tiivistelmä: | Data collected at two law enforcement agencies were used to address 3 specific issues concerning the development and implementation of frame-of-reference /FOR/ rater training. First, the prototype-anchored rating system /PARS/ was used as a method for generating an appropriate FOR in an organizational setting. Then sensitivity and threshold analyses were used.Areas of performance where supervisors and subordinates may disagree on the FOR were also identified. |
