Tiivistelmä:Combat stress and battle fatigue are the risks of corporate warfare, just as they are the risks of military warfare. However, they are not an inevitable consequence. Chief executives need to manage these risks effectively in order to make sound decisions as well as provide supportive leadership and inspiration for other employees. The stress-preventive strategies used by a number of chief executives in a variety of industries are discussed. The primary strategies cited include leisure-time activities, time management, planning/goal setting, and social support. Secondary strategies include exercise and relaxation/prayer activities. The failure to arm properly may result in a tragic outcome (this may be a heart attack or suicide.)
