| Tiivistelmä: | Owing to the basic shifts in the labour market, in labour organizations and in the Swedish economy, the famous Swedish model of collective bargaining has disintegrated. The bargaining partners and the government make efforts to restore labour market balance during a period dominated by local-level and industry-level bargaining. The contradictions of Sweden's current wage-setting system prevent quick solution. |
