Tiivistelmä: | There are five objectives in the design of modern business systems. The systems should be: directed to a general rather than a specific audience: to be adaptive to changing user needs; marketable, or human factors oriented; easy to change; oriented to user training. Use of system design prototypes for user training provides the analyst with the following advantages: developing new training models; training is done consistently; training is handy and real since the training model is a direct product of the real system design; user problems can be addressed before implementation. |
