Tiivistelmä: | A study to investigate differences between hourly assembly operators who stayed and those who quit their jobs, using 80 stayers and 121 leavers from personnel records, classified into one of 3 job tenure groups. Job performance, attendance measures and biographic variables to predict turnover for each job tenure group. Sample and research site, data collection and measures, performance-pay relation, determinants of turnover and post hoc analyses. A Table illustrates the study. |
