| Tiivistelmä: | Small public sector enterprises and private enterprises take up 7% of all labour force in Yugoslavia. There is a need to accelerate the development of small businesses but the suitable environment for this is missing. Private entrepreneurs prefer short-term business profits because of the economic uncertainties. To help overcome these problems a professional model is going to be set up to adjust the existing regulations to the needs of small businesses. |
