| Tiivistelmä: | The author informs about first business experiences of a Russian-German joint venture in the gastronomy sector, founded in Leningrad, 1988, now working profitably for several months. There are given some details of the founding period /design of joint-venture contract including legal aspects/ and of the erection-period /progress of building works/. In particular, several management-experiences are shown: the author tries to explain basic behaviours of the economic individuals on their background, the singular Russian pattern of economy. Further, some items of the company's personnel-policy are described as well as the accounting-system of the restaurant. Finally some external relations between the joint venture and third parties are reported about. |
