| Tiivistelmä: | The article describes how the missing links in the theory of entry barriers and the limit pricing concept (as exposed by the so called McGee-Telser-Bork-theory) are provided by the theory of strategic behavior. The introduction of the strategic elements of the modern industrial organization into the concept of strategic management is reviewed. Defence measures against newcomers: reduction of entry stimuli, preventive raise of structural barriers , raise of return expectations. |
