| Tiivistelmä: | Satellite signals can be transmitted over the Atlantic but their distribution in Europe faces difficulties, namely not all European countries possess transmit or receive earth stations and this fact increases prices especially for non-EBU members. However the recent launch of Eutelsat 1 F4 and Astra satellite may bring about some changes in prices. The liberalization of PTT regulation may also facilitate the distribution of signals. |
