| Tiivistelmä: | Vlaamse Televisie Maatschappij /VTM/ will operate the only permitted Flemish commercial station. At present 60% of the viewing time is devoted to the two BRT public service stations. The new channel is to start before the end of 1988. Its programming is unsettled yet. It is still doubtful whether MTV, Sky, and Super Channel will gain access to the Flemish cable systems in 1988. |
