| Tiivistelmä: | Duties for the use of communal services (water, cleaning of roads, rubbish collection) is an important source of income for the communal household. The fees to be paid for these services are calculated, cost-based fees. The article treats the problems of this cost calculation with special reference to amortisation, rates of interest, the treatment of risk. A numerical example is given. |
