Tiivistelmä: | The article presents the results of a survey in which the effect, importance and cost as partial sales promotion evaluating indicators were assessed. Overall evaluation (effect/cost x importance) was highest for exhibitions, product demonstrations and catalogues, less with training, journal articles and least with mailing, telephone marketing, reference lists, sales person competition. |
