| Tiivistelmä: | The article features link between export stability and capital formation through a double channel: first export instability deters investment through its negative effect on growth, second it eases investment through the operation of the permanent income hypothesis. The model presented constitutes an integrated framework for dealing with the above processes. The model is tested on time series of 12 countries. |
