Tiivistelmä:Developing strategies in large companies face a lot of problems. A corporate strategy should not only integrate heterogenous business strategies but also create more value than the sum of all business strategies. Considering corporate and business view on all levels of strategy formulation is an important precondition to generate a value-adding corporate strategy. A specific procedure is necessary to ensure this. The article contains some conceptual considerations and a proposal of realization for the Daimler-Benz AG.
