| Tiivistelmä: | Although there is a growing need for knowledge about how racial and ethnic diversity in the work force affects organisational behaviour and effectiveness, there has been little research on these issues. The author of this article gives reasons for this, showing the factors responsible for this problem and concludes by giving suggestions on how to help scholars who want to do effective research in this field. |
