| Tiivistelmä: | Today's challenge is not getting information to the people who make decisions; computers have made that relatively easy. The difficulty is presenting data to them in a form that is meaningful and easy to understand. Systems must be created that speak English and not technobabble. During the past decade, human resource systems (HRS) have had a major impact on the corporate climate. Its full range of possibilities include data entry, query , reporting and download/upload capabilities. The link between the people and the information is the technology. Some important aspects of basic HRS technology and techniques are examined. |
