| Tiivistelmä: | With the single European market job mobility, both national and international, will increase significantly. The results of two surveys are given in this article. One is a survey of the relocation policies of two UK companies, the other is a study of the experiences of 200 relocating families. The results show that employers often concentrate on the financial aspects of relocation only, whereas the problems of the employees and their families are neglected. |
