| Tiivistelmä: | This study focuses on behavioural intentions but it construes intention not as a consequence of attitudes, but as an antecedent. A sample of 126 retail salespeople were tested longitudinally as for behavioural intentions as antecedents of job attitudes. The results show that the behavioural- intentions-attitude relationship is a reciprocal one and that economic instrumentality of work may condition how people interpret their jobs psychologically. |
