| Tiivistelmä: | Nowadays the problem of insurance against nursing needs is in the limelight of political debates in Germany. There are three alternatives: facultative private insurance, obligatory private insurance or social security within the framework of the Law on Health Insurance. The article deals with costs of nursing, differences between private and social security, the methods of financing, how to delineate illness and nursing needs, organisational problems of nursing. |
