| Tiivistelmä: | Projects are often accompanied by organizational transformation which leads to resistance to change among employees. Some key problems of project management in connection with the tasks of a team leader are examined. Some aspects and methods of selecting the members of the team are outlined. It is shown how changes in individual behaviour can be attained. Several rules which allow successful cooperation at team work are listed. It is shown how a project leader can promote learning processes in his or her team. Some characteristics of group dynamics are explained. Arguments are presented that a team leader must have professional skills, a deep knowledge of methods and social competence as well. |
