| Tiivistelmä: | It is well known that the innovation potential and the learning ability of firms are closely related to their competitive power and as a result to their chance for survival.It is also widely accepted that these abilities will be more important in future than they are today. The question how companies-learn and the crucial factors of this learning are discussed intensively in the literature of organizational research.The conditions and characteristics of organizational learning in connection with technical innovations are discussed in the article. |
