| Tiivistelmä: | With its 100 billiard DEM sales and 370 000 employees, Daimler Benz is Germany's largest industrial corporation. The company, consisting of four corporations /AEG, Dalura, Debis and Mercedes- Benz/ is controlled by a holding, whose headquarter is in Stuttgart. Now this holding is being transformed radically. Bureaucracy is reduced, power structures are broken open, old hierarchies are demolished and a lot of jobs are ended. The goal of these measures is to provide the organizational and personnel conditions for the completion of the process of transforming Daimler-Benz into a technology trust. |
