| Tiivistelmä: | Traditional managerial concerns in organizational decision making are being supplanted by legalistic concerns, as organizations increasingly mimic the decision-making procedures, criteria and language used in legal settings. It is this increase in legalistic influence on organizational structure and decision making that has been referred to as the process of legalization. Decision making in organizations is no longer guided solely by managerial criteria such as efficiency. |
