| Tiivistelmä: | This article provides a review of a major CIMA-funded research project undertaken by Mahmoud Ezzamel, Simon Lilley and Hugh Willmot of the School of Management at UMIST. The aim of the project was to survey and account for recent changes in UK management practices. The empirical study of changing management practices consisted of two central elements: first, a questionnaire survey of companies, undertaken in 1992, which gathered information abuot the extent to which new management ideas had been embraced, and second, a series of 62 interviews. |
