| Tiivistelmä: | There is a new law in French legislation on family policy which creates a number of new rights for working parents. For all the employees having a child's there is now the right for unpaid parental leave up to the child' third birthday. A state benefit is payable now during parental leave to parents with two children even for part time workers. Time off to care for sick children is also introduced, and there is an increased maternity leave in case of multiple births. |
