| Tiivistelmä: | The quality of decision-making can be improved with the unification of its realization, which is based on ISO standards.These standards, incl. the IS0 9000 standards, are a fundamental starting point and an effective method for decision-making.Their application enables improvement of organization, of exploitation of business factors, and of the decision-making order.The process of standardization of decision-making includes formation of standardized management methodologies, of a system of methods and techniques for taking of the same types of decisions, of a standard model of the decision-making process, as well as of a system of standardized decision-making procedures.The unification of the decision-making improves efficiency and effectiveness of management.For this reasons, the management can direct its abilities into a holistic working. |
