| Tiivistelmä: | The main problems in China's futures brokerage are as follows: 1. The economy of scale and futures system haven't been formed due to too rapid and blind development. 2. The operation of futures firms is not standardized due to their imperfect management system. 3. It is urgent to raise the quality of futures brokers. So to develop and perfect China's futures brokerage, we should establish futures exchanges in conformity with the international practices, practice three-tier management system, that is, the state (supervising), industry (self-discipline) and futures changes (self-management). Besides, the futures firms should be run by experts. |
