Tiivistelmä:The new organizational imperative is creativity. In today's dynamic business world it is not longer enough to be efficient and flexible. General managers are increasingly concerned to realign around the creative priority, but few know how to go about it or where to start. The fundamental building block is personal creativity-all new ideas ultimately come from individuals - and the search for greater creativity in organizational life must begin with a deeper understanding of the creative personality. However, creativity is business organizations is more often than not a group activity, carried out within a wider social system shaped by values, norms and structures.
