| Tiivistelmä: | There is little empirical research conducted to define the key organizational culture (hereafter as: org-cult.) attributes that support more effective application of knowledge management (KM) technologies. In this study, the 44 cultural attributes of the org-cult. profile (OCP) and the KM technology profile (KMTP) instruments were used to identify and rank the most critical org-cult. attributes promoting knowledge sharing and KM technology implementation success. Data were collected from 26 U.S. organizations that were implementing KM. The results of the data analysis revealed sufficient evidence to establish a correlation btw. specific cultural attributes and the successful implementation of KM technology and knowledge sharing. |
