| Tiivistelmä: | The problem of identifying the optimal production plan and optimal production schedule is treated as one problem. At the identification the duration of the production stages, the number of processors and demand information should be taken into consideration. The problem is formulated as a zero-one integer program. The branch and bound procedure is applied. This model can be used to calculate the importance of orders for the firm as well.The integer formulation can be used as a decision supporting tool throughout the production. |
