| Tiivistelmä: | Qualitative and quantitative analyses show that the securities market is not normal at the present stage in China. The national debt market has taken an important place in China's securities market, which is the characteristic in China. The securities market should be the focal point of the reform and development in the 90s. It should be taken into account when combining the reform of the banking system with the development of the securities market and the efficiency of capital supply should be resolved macrolly. The construction bank should be turned into an investment bank. Issuance of securities should be expanded and businesses of banks should be divided again. |
