| Tiivistelmä: | "The Golden Bond" lost its glory in 1993. More and more people come to realize that the reform on the operational mechanism of China state bonds is urgent. In order to bring back the lost glory and enhance the operational efficiency on the market, the underwriting methods and conditions of the state bonds should be improved; their varieties should be enriched; and their underwriting time should be diversified so as to attract more investors. Besides, the macro-economic environment should be improved, and their interest rates and issuing prices should be determined in full accordance with the interest of investors. |
