| Tiivistelmä: | The present unitary structure of time limit of treasury bonds and unreasonable design of time limit in China are not only unfavorable to satisfying the need of investment at different levels but lead to the uneven distribution of repayment volume and the appearance of repayment peak period. To determine the reasonable structure of time limit of treasury bonds, we should take into consideration such factors as government's needs in raising and using funds, the regular distribution of repaying capital with interest for treasury bonds during a year, reducing interest cost and promoting stable economic development and etc. |
