| Tiivistelmä: | The introduction of foreign capital into the bond investment in China is an important channel for her use of foreign capital, through which the reputation and unnoted of Chinese bond can be heightened so as to raise its listing price. Currently, the securities markets of countries all over the world are internationalized in the pattern of direct investment and indirect investment, or by the way of first opening the latter and then the former. China should adopt indirect investment form in the near future and open direct investment when she becomes experienced. |
