| Tiivistelmä: | From 1981 to 1991, China issued more than RMB 120 billions national debt. the issue of quantity will increase sharply in the future. Under the situation that the two departments of national economy have been equilibrated, issuing national debt should not change the original equilibrium. If the two departments are not equilibrated, issuing national debt should be benefit to the recovery of the equilibrium. |
