| Tiivistelmä: | Both the allocation of total funds according to the scales of the sector of manufacturing industry and enterprises and the degree of support of stock market to industries and enterprises can not embody the support of the structural adjustment policy of manufacturing industry to the leading enterprises. The government's policy on further developing enterprises' direct financing and capital market has the following implications: The development of capital market should support the development of technology-intensive sectors, which priority is given to and the rapid growth of the leading enterprises of manufacturing industry. Securities market should take the leading enterprises as the main object in its raising capacity. |
