| Tiivistelmä: | With the close cooperation between the central bank and the financial department, the management system of national debt has played an important role in realizing "soft landing" in economy and implementing the moderately tight monetary policy and financial policy in China. To develop national debt market and realize the operational objective of high efficiency and lost cost must be based on a perfect and effective system of supervision and management. To this end, China urgently needs to establish a high-level system of supervision and management of national debt. Besides learning the successful experiences from the western countries, we have to do the following: strengthening the construction of legal system of national debt market, establishing relatively independent management organ and designing well the issuance of national debt. |
