| Tiivistelmä: | There are different ways for the Chinese enterprises to list abroad. They may list abroad by the normal way or in form of investment fund. Their doing so will provide a vast field for their financing and therefore it has broad prospects. The mode of listing abroad varies with each enterprises. As to the large-sized enterprises, it is better to list abroad directly. But for the medium-and small-sized ones which want to raise funds abroad, it is more practical to list abroad indirectly, that is, list in form of investment fund. |
