| Tiivistelmä: | We may establish foreign trade enterprises groups either by way of investment for establishing a new enterprise or by way of merger and acquisition. This paper discusses some issues devising attention in this line. Financing by means of stock rights has the following advantages: There is no payment of interest and repayment of the principal and no more debt burden. A large amount of funds can be raised from the countries with low fund-raising cost, thus forming the business of scale. Besides, group corporations can enjoy great popularity in the international market. China's foreign trade groups may take such modes of financing as listing abroad issuing negotiable securities and the certificates of securities. But stress should be put on financing by international bonds and commercial instrument. |
