| Tiivistelmä: | Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, though, will create an environment of fair competition for enterprises, a serial of package problems left over under the planned economic system, especially the high liability rate, touched off in the course of transformation of system must be settled conscientiously. To solve the latter problem, we must perfect the financing system of enterprises and combine the indirect financing with the direct financing on the basis of developing capital market. The development of capital market will promote the reform of financial departments and force state-owned enterprises to stride towards market. |
