| Tiivistelmä: | China is very rich in human resources but relatively short in material resources. How to bring into full play the potential of human resources, especially intellectual resources and raise their contribution rate in economic growth have become a very important issue. Based on Marxist economics, this paper derives a formula for measuring and calculating the contribution rate of human resources in economic growth and measures and calculates the contribution rates of human resources in industrial economy growth from 1953 to 1993 according to the formula, thus providing theoretical basis for exploiting and utilizing China's human resources. |
