| Tiivistelmä: | The financing pattern for the development of a nation can be divided into the development pattern of high debt and the development pattern of low debt. If a nation fails to clear up the bad assets in its financial system by means of inpouring funds by government finance or promoting efficiency in a short term or currency reform, the pressures of inflation are accumulated and bad assets need to be cleared up by inflation year by year. If prices are very low every year or the speed at which bubbles are formed or transferred is faster than the speed at which the rising of prices are digested, the accumulated pressures of bubbles will be cleared up suddenly by the means of financial turmoils. |
