| Tiivistelmä: | The main tool of monetary policy is open market operation. Government bonds is the binding point of the coordination and cooperation between fiscal policies and monetary policies. At present, there are factors in our government bonds policy which impede the open market operation. We should concentrate on the following aspects: reforming the interest rate system of government bonds, enriching the variety of government bonds, adding short-term government bond, paperless government bond and floating rate government bond to the existing variety of government bonds, perfecting the institution of one-level agents, increasing the proportion of government bonds held by institutional investors, fostering investment funds of government bonds enthusiastically. |
