| Tiivistelmä: | The results of analysis of national debt-related dependence degree, debt service ratio, debt burden rate and debt service payment show the following: the too large scale of China's national debt has entered the worsening vicious circle of "paying the old debt with the newly borrowed money". Its balance scale has reached the critical point and debt service payment exceeded consumption expenditure, thus reducing China's debt service ability of national debt. In view of the above, this paper raises the following suggestions: keeping a rational scale of national debt; optimizing the structure of national debt to better the use results; strengthening tax collection and management and increasing the proportion of financial renenue to GDP; increasing the benefits of financial expenditure with an aim at reducing it. |
