| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims at proposing a process model for knowledge (herein as: knwl.) transfer (KT) in using theories relating knwl. communication and knwl. translation. Based on a research project titled "Procurement for innovation and knowledge transfer (ProFIK)" and funded by a U.K. government research council (EPSRC), it is indicated that KT, per se, is not a mere KT but involves different stages of knwl. transformation. Depending on the context of KT, it can also be influenced by many factors out of which some ones are positive and some negative. All these issues are included in the developed KT model in order to create a holistic framework. |
