| Tiivistelmä: | In the past 16 years, China has realized the take off of its economy through reform and development, laying foundation for China's economic development during the early 21st century. The macro control practiced since 1993 has achieved obvious results. A basic framework has initially sketched the Ninth Five-Year Plan, which indicates that a new round of economic growth will appear. The economic development law of various countries and the calculated results of Shanghai's economic growth rate show that in China will still appear a high-speed economic growth period in the coming 10 or 20 years and a long time sustained, rapid and healthy development of national economy will be realized. |
